How do I perform a change of decoder ownership process?

Change of ownership happens when…

• You bought a second hand decoder
• You received a decoder as a gift
• You inherited the decoder

So you have a decoder that you want to use? Fill in this form to log a Change of Ownership ticket (change the caps please) and our team will process your request. It can all be done digitally from the comfort of your couch.

If you inherited the decoder as a result of the death of a family member or friend, please download and complete this Change of Ownership Affidavit and upload it with the Change of Ownership form.
