Change to JOOX offer

The special offer, where DStv customers can enjoy JOOX VIP at no cost, is closing at the end of January 2021. If you’d like to continue using JOOX, you can sign up for JOOX Family Plan (R69.99 pm) and add it to your DStv account.

To prevent you from being charged for JOOX (without your consent), your JOOX subscription will default to the free option on 1 February 2021.

To retain access to premium (VIP only) content on your playlists you will need to sign up for JOOX Family Plan (R69.99 per month) on the JOOX website and add it to your DStv account. Please note, the JOOX VIP offer for DStv customers included you, plus 4 family members while the JOOX Family Plan includes you, plus 2 family members.

Subscribers to JOOX Family Plan get access to exclusive benefits on JOOX. These benefits include:

  • Unlimited play on demand
  • Ad-free listening
  • Offline listening, data free (download your songs and listen to them when you’re offline)
  • Quality steaming and high sound quality
  • Play on demand – play any song, anytime, anywhere

Each JOOX Family Plan subscription includes you and 2 family members.

All our offers include terms and conditions as well as expiry dates - the deal to get JOOX VIP at no cost was always set to expire at this time. When this offer ends, our customers will be able to sign up for JOOX Family Plan at R69.99 pm and add it to your DStv account, making it easy and convenient.
