1. The Amazing Race S31

The six-time Emmy Award-winning adventure reality series sees 12 teams trekking around the world, competing for the ultimate prize, $1 million. Phil Keoghan has been presenting the show since its inception in 2001, and now, 31 seasons later, Americans are still vying to travel around the world whilst testing their ability to work in a team. It’s a test of the wills, physical stamina, and a fanatic sense of adventure. This season you’ll see some famous reality faces as former contestants from Big Brother, Survivor and The Amazing Race compete.

2. Love & Hip Hop Miami S1

This popular reality show has now branched into Miami. Love and Hip Hop NY created the star Cardi B, and the Hollywood version started the career of singer K-Michelle. Who will emerge a star from Miami?

3. Dog: The Bounty Hunter

Duane aka Dog Chapman helps police track down fugitives on the run. Bounty hunting is no easy business, and his wife Beth and sons help with tracking and apprehending the wanted men and women on the island of Hawaii.

4. Extreme Cake Makers

A group of pastry chefs who specialise in craft making, turn an ordinary cake into an elaborate work of art. These phenomenal bakers across the world show us just how much time and effort they put into turning a sugary treat into a masterpiece.

5. Key and Peele S4

Not only are they good friends and accomplished film creators and actors, but Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele have won an Emmy for Outstanding Variety Sketch Series for this show. One of the most famous sketches is about an inner-city substitute teacher, Mr Garvey, who has trouble adjusting to a classroom full of middle-class white students. Sketches include an alien invasion of Earth; a family comes to terms with a relative's gay wedding, and a couple of racists express some surprising views.

6. Botched S6

Cosmetic surgery doesn't always turn out as planned. Renowned Hollywood plastic surgeons Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow try to reverse damages from original plastic surgery procedures, from botched breast implants to nose jobs that have gone array. This season the doctors fix big bottoms and unnatural breasts.

7. Unpolished S1

Lexi Martone creates some of the most incredible, unique and fashionable nail art in America. Her innovative creations include 3D nail art and alongside her grandmother, mother, sister and extended Italian family, she is nailing the business.

8. The Shop S2

Barbershops and salons are notoriously some of the best gossip spots in town, and any conversation that must be had will go down at these two places. Featuring some of the biggest names in sports history like LeBron James and Maverick Carter, The Shop shows debates and discussions in barbershops in the US.

9. American Pickers S17

Mike and Frank are friends who go around the country looking for antique gold for resale or personal collection. Assisted by Danielle who runs the office, the pickers usually find themselves at odds with community members where they find the items worth taking.

10. Taskmasters Champion of Champions

From the British comedy show Taskmaster presented by comedian and actor Greg Davies, comes this adaptation where the winners of the first five seasons go head to head for the ultimate prize. Contestants will try to outdo each other in comedic and yet bizarre tasks.
