The Stand Boxset (Brand new)

Based on the post-apocalyptic dark fantasy novel by acclaimed author Stephen King, The Stand is about a viral communicable disease that is weaponised to wipe out most of the world’s population. Viral communicable disease sounds familiar, doesn’t it? Similarities aside, this mini-series falls between Utopia and The Walking Dead, so fans of those shows will delight in its more glacially paced narrative. Starring well-known names such as James Marsden, Amber Heard and Whoopi Goldberg, this is a must-see for any post-apocalyptic lovers.
