What to watch when #ShedHappens

Because if we’re going to sit in the dark, we’re doing it with style.

Just look at what you can download while the lights are on using the DStv Now app…

On right now!

New supernatural thriller Lovecraft Country is the tentacled hot ticket on 1Magic (DStv 103) that could be the scariest thing you watch in the dark this year. Or if real-life ghost stories give you chills, you can watch Robert Englund – Freddy Krueger himself – presenting True Terror on Travel Channel (DStv 179). If you are looking for funny, deadly and fabulous, spy versus assassin series Killing Eve is moving from its blood-soaked S2 finale on FOX (DStv 125) into its S3 premiere on Wednesday, 26 August at 20:45.

Primates S1 gives the whole family a show as beautiful to look at as it is fascinating on BBC Earth (DStv 184), while Gordon Ramsay’s globe-trotting adventures in Uncharted S2 on National Geographic (DStv 181) serves up a tasty treat for cooking and adventure enthusiasts.

If it’s gripping stories you’re after to take your mind off the everyday, costume dramas Beecham House on M-Net (DStv 101) and Barkskins on National Geographic (DStv 181) will transport you to a time when candlelight at night was the norm. Bulletproof S2 delivers undercover buddy cop thrills and laughter on Universal (DStv 117). And comedy queen Aidy Bryant will have you rolling with Shrill S2 on M-Net (DStv 101).
