Here’s to SA’s greatest influencer: Mama!

Here’s to the moms who’ve inspired us to become #JustLikeMama! DStv is celebrating Mother’s Day on Sunday, 9 May with a month full of movies & more focussed on the moms.

We have her smile, her sense of humour, her drive and ambition. We have faith in ourselves because she told us we can do anything. When we’ve done something silly, she’s there to hug us until we feel better. She’s the first person we call when we land that big job, and she’s worked hard and sacrificed all her life to get us there.

Moms do it all, from sitting with us as we cry over our homework, to cheering us on when it’s prize evening at school and we’re up on stage. So this May, DStv is celebrating all the ways in which we’re trying to make her proud, because there’s no greater compliment than being #JustLike Mama.

Call your mom or your mom-friends and make a date with one of these great movies that show us how mama, however she comes into our lives, is life’s greatest influencer…
