International series to binge this long weekend

From an unsuspecting yet reckless flight attendant to two cops out for justice, the action and intrigue doesn’t stop on DStv this week.

It’s right about that time when new shows are dropping and we can’t wait to tune into the latest comedy-drama starring Kaley Cuoco of The Big Bang Theory. In The Flight Attendant on M-Net (DStv channel 101), Cuoco stars as Cassie Bowden, a reckless alcoholic and flight attendant who drinks while on duty and sleeps with her passengers. When she wakes up next to a dead body during a layover with no recollection of the night before, what lengths will she go to get out of it?

M-Net also sees the return of Bull, where trial science expert Dr Jason Bull heads a consulting firm that helps its clients choose the right jurors and aids them in deciding the best argument to win the case. This season, the doctor faces his biggest trial ever as his client is caught in a lie.

In Billions on M-Net City (DStv channel 115), Chuck Rhoades and Bobby Axelrod are back to their selfish battle. This season, Bobby will reach a new milestone and Chuck struggles to get his bearings while navigating a new normal with Wendy. The Newsroom also comes to M-Net City with a double bill of weekend viewing. Follow Will McAvoy and his newsroom team as they try to play nice with each other while producing quality content.

And for fans of crime-action, Bulletproof on Showmax serves up plenty of fierce fights and drama. Two detectives from East London have forged a strong bond working together, but it will soon be put to the test.
