Lovebirds, survivalists and tattoo artists top this week’s reality line-up

Bear Grylls returns for new adventures while local tattoo artists invite you inside their parlour. This and more in DStv’s reality TV line-up this week.

This week, there’s no shortage of reality TV to have you feeling grateful for what you have – or put you in the right mood for love or new ink.

The second season of Rumble & Hum heads to our screens on CBS Reality (DStv channel 132). Follow along as South African Lewis “Vudulew” Williams and his team pierce and tattoo a variety of customers – from F1 drivers and musicians to motorbike enthusiasts and businessmen.

From hardcore tats to hardcore survival, Running Wild with Bear Grylls also makes a comeback on National Geographic (DStv channel 181). Tune in as survivalist Bear Grylls takes his celebrity guests on the most dangerous journeys they’ll ever experience.

For more light-hearted entertainment, The Bachelor USA and Bachelor in Paradise Australia are on 1Magic (DStv channel 103) and Vuzu (DStv channel 116), respectively. Catch all the romance and eliminations as beautiful women and men try to find love. Over on E! Entertainment (DStv channel 124), love of a different kind blooms in season 6 of Total Bellas when Nikki and Brie discover they’re both pregnant.

After a long workweek, you may feel like your feet are killing you – but that’s nothing compared to the foot troubles of Drs Schaeffer and Vincent’s patients on My Feet Are Killing Me. Catch it on TLC (DStv channel 135).

The show also focuses on the everyday life of Williams and looks into why he is the most controversial local celeb.
