Oprah Winfrey asks “Where Do We Go From Here?”

The special program will simulcast on Discovery Channel (DStv 121) and TLC (DStv 135) this weekend.

In response to the continuing civil unrest in the United States following the tragic murder of George Floyd, Oprah Winfrey will host an in-depth, two night conversation titled Spotlight: Where Do We Go From Here?

The special program will see Oprah leading the conversation, speaking directly with black thought leaders, activists and artists about systemic racism and the current state of America.

The in-depth conversations offer insight and tangible plans to answer the questions “What matters now?” “What matters next?” and “Where do we go from here?” The program will simulcast on Discovery (DStv 121) and TLC (DStv 135) this Sunday 14 June at 20:55 with two back-to-back episodes.

Featured guests include politician Stacey Abrams, journalist Charles M. Blow; Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms; Academy award-nominated filmmaker and founder of ARRAY Ava DuVernay (“When They See Us,” “13th”, “Queen Sugar”), professor and author Jennifer Eberhardt (author of “Biased”); journalist and Pulitzer prize-winning founder of the “1619 Project” Nikole Hannah-Jones; historian and author Ibram Kendi (“How to be an Anti-Racist”), award-winning actorDavid Oyelowo (“Selma”), Color of Change president Rashad Robinson; and Co-Chair of The Poor People’s Campaign and President of Repairers of the Breach Bishop William J.
