TV star Antonio Sabato Jr. has a new passion. He’s traveling the country surprising lucky homeowners as he helps them to fix and finish their homes. This season, 1 musical family gets surprised with a home studio makeover. A father and son’s house gets a whole new basement remodel. A family with young kids gets an adventure zone in their own backyard, and a family with six boys gets a shipwreck-themed bedroom makeover, while a single dad gets an outside play space for his friends.

Lose a Stone in 21 Days with Michael Mosley S1

Dr. Michael Mosley is offering a lifestyle intervention programme to 5 volunteers who’re looking to get their health back on track, post-lockdown. He’ll talk to them about how lockdown impacted their choices, and then he will tailor new eating plans, recipes and exercise schedules to get his fab 5 fighting fit again. Dr. Mosley believes that his volunteers can lose 6.35kg in just 3 weeks – or a proportionate ratio of their total physical mass – and along the way he’ll explore the links between the brain and comfort eating.
