Curiosity Channel (DStv 185) offers a host of interesting and engaging programmes that young people will enjoy. The channel aims to empower viewers of all ages to fuel their passions and explore new ones.

Launched by John Hendricks, founder and media visionary of Discovery Communications, Curiosity Channel’s informative and entertaining content covers every topic from space, art, volacanoes and history, to travel, cars, architecture, dinosaurs and so much more.

Mission Unstoppable, hosted by Miranda Cosgrove, is one such programme that viewers of all ages can enjoy together. The series features women role models in science, technology, engineering & math (STEM) in a fun and innovative way with the objective of educating and inspiring the next generation of STEM pioneers.

Mission Unstoppable showcases women – including zoologists, engineers, astronauts, codebreakers, and oceanographers -- on the cutting edge of science. The show recently garnered a Parents' Choice Award, a Gracie Award from the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation, and Emmy nominations including for Outstanding Educational or Informational Series.
