6 brand-new episodes of this zombie apocalypse action-adventure series are on the way as the survivors pick themselves out of the dirt and devastation left by the battle with The Whisperers. New stars include Robert Patrick (Terminator 2: Judgment Day) as Mays, Hilarie Burton Morgan (One Tree Hill) as Lucille, and Okea Eme-Akwari (Cobra Kai) joins the cast as the long-awaited Elijah.

But there’s a happier note in the season premiere thanks to Conrad and Nic’s wedding, where AJ and Mina share a kiss. After the first episode, the series will be set in a COVID-free future.

He needs Benny back on his side, and fortunately he’s found a case just intriguing enough to do the trick. When Aaron Wallace is convicted of a crime he didn’t commit and sentenced to life in prison, he decides to become a lawyer so he can fight to prove his innocence in this drama series based on the experiences of real-life lawyer Isaac Wright Jr. As he studies, Aaron will reach out to many of his fellow prisoners who’re also serving unjust sentences to help them get justice.

This drama series based on the movie, with Presley Chweneyagae and S’dumo Mtshali reprising their roles, follows Chilli the cop who goes undercover to bring down a crime lord, only to find himself growing unexpectedly close to his new father figure. Meanwhile, Chilli’s long-time cop buddy Shoes is being pressed to choose between his family’s safety and the law. And the two “brothers” are set on a collision course.

And in episode 9, we’ll get the Crisis On Infinite Earths crossover.
