Armand, a born loser living with his dad, Theuns, always dreamt of becoming an actor. However, as with most things, he’s given up on that. These days, he and Theuns spend most of their time gambling on horseracing, until Theuns suddenly dies, penniless. Armand’s self-confidence is at an all-time low. He needs to arrange a hero’s send-off for his dad, but without a cent, a state funeral seems more likely. This results in a gamble against time in which Armand is the underdog.
