Blood, sweat and cheers – Khloé Kardashian is back.
Glamazon Khloé Kardashian’s Revenge Body Season 3 returns to E! Entertainment, bringing high style, health and meaning to the lives of participants desperate for a revamp.
Khloé Kardashian has moved on with her best life since breaking up with ex-husband Lamar Odom back in 2017. These days, she focuses on helping others overcome feelings of failure and inadequacy by turning their bodies and lives around.
In Revenge Bodies Season 3, Khloé returns to motivate contestants who’ve experienced traumatic break-ups and infidelity. They all have something to prove – yes, to the ones who hurt them, but most of all to themselves.
Fighting her own demons
The end of her marriage to Odom kick-started Koko’s journey of self-improvement. This year she proved she’s the queen of moving on from bad relationships following the alleged kiss between her boyfriend Tristan Thompson and family friend Jordyn Woods. Being cheated on “knocks the wind out of you,” she tells one of the show’s participants, but Koko is taking it all in her stiletto-heeled stride.
Coaching roster updated
At the core of the show is the physical training regimen that participants have to complete, guided by some of Hollywood’s top celebrity fitness experts.
Regular trainers from last season, like Corey Calliet, Latreal Mitchell and Simone De La Rue, will be back to help contestants through their gruelling 12-week transformations. Some new muscle has been added to the training roster, including Autumn Calabrese, the celeb fitness guru who trains with Koko’s supermodel sister Kendall, and former US Nationals heavyweight boxer Leyon Azubuike, who regularly trains Jennifer Aniston.
