Change to DStv website

We’re always working to improve our products and services and to that end, we’re rolling out updates that deliver a better experience when using our website on mobile devices as well as making it easier to find the features you use.

The URL is changing to dstv.com (but not to worry, if you use dstv.co.za, you’ll automatically be directed to the updated website).

We’ve also expanded the menus, updated the designs and through clever use of tech, made loading of images and info quicker.

Yes, however the way you sign in remains unchanged (you need to sign in to use sections of the website that are linked to your account like watching TV or checking your account on MyDStv).

No, we have however improved the loading times of images and info and also optimised the user interface for a better experience when using our website on a mobile device.

The new website will launch in South Africa on 10 August 2021.

No, these changes are only on the website. However, it’s important that you’re always using the latest version of any of our apps, as we regularly make updates.
